A new stables and commercial space in Wimbledon Village. The site is within the Wimbledon West Conservation Area and the existing buildings, along with the neighbouring pub, are locally listed.

The stables will provide accommodation for up to six horses and also includes a small paddock area which is to be used to provide equine assisted therapy on the site. There is a caretakers flat on the site to ensure the horses can be cared for at all times.
Above the stables, at First Floor will be a small commercial unit with vaulted ceilings within the pitched roof void.
