Extension and refurbishment of a five bedroom terraced family home overlooking the park in Muswell Hill, N22. Host has worked closely with the client to develop a scheme that restores many of the property’s original features and pairs them with a calm, neutral interior. The extensions are modest in size and designed to closely tie into the existing aesthetic.

Retrofit of the existing fabric where possible has been critical to reduce heating requirements and provide as sustainable a home as possible.

The project is being delivered in two phases and is due for completion in 2022.
